What We Set Out To Prove
We commissioned an independent evaluative study from Impact Consulting, specialists with over 23 years of monitoring, evaluation and learning expertise in social impact and ECD, to rigorously assess whether our AI-guided approach genuinely delivers. Using a mixed-methods design with independent on-site classroom readiness validation, the findings were clear:
Practitioners supported by the App showed meaningfully better classroom readiness during the most critical weeks of the school year
AI-guided preparation measurably reduced cognitive load, freeing practitioners to be more confident and present in their classrooms
Children in App supported centres experienced better, more organised learning environments from day one
Human coaching became more efficient and targeted, coaches arrived to classrooms already prepared, able to go deeper
At a system level, practitioner progress became visible across centres in real time, strengthening accountability across the board

In many of the communities we serve, digital participation cannot be assumed. It has to be intentionally built. The report is clear that the App is designed not only to support classroom quality, but to normalise digital use, reduce digital fear, build confidence, and improve basic technology proficiency through low-barrier interaction.
In that sense, this is about more than readiness. It is about ensuring that access to quality support, professional growth, and digital opportunity is not determined by geography, connectivity, or prior exposure to technology.
